We had a slight problem with Bailey’s collar because we had put flea and tick treatment on her neck. Kristian sorted it out immediately.
I have bought two leaders and three collars over the past few years and they are so well made good quality and last so much longer than leather collars and leaders from pet shops or online. You certainly get the best leather and very soft collars for my cavapoo.

Bought two collars for our English Setters, sizing is exactly as per the guide, and the quality is excellent. Dogs and Horses were great to deal with, I called them to inquire about customising the colours and they were so helpful, I got exactly what I wanted at no extra cost. Delighted, wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Such a pretty collar but as it takes quite a long time to make and dispatch I clearly didn’t account for the fact that my puppy already had grown out of the size I ordered by the time I received it and it’s not returnable as it’s made to order ;(

Great collar…. It saves matting on a long haired dog. Great company to deal with, excellent customer services.

It’s a lovely collar with good quality fittings and very well made. My only comment would be that the end should be rounded not cut at an angle. A rounded end would not only look more high end but facilitate threading it through the brass.

Our little bolognese dog is very fluffy and we needed a harness that wouldn’t creat knots in her fur. We have used one of your roll collars and lead since she arrived in 2016 and now her sight is failing we wanted to find a harness that allowed her to feel safe without any matting. This is perfect! She’s very happy walking now and has extra confidence .
