Please inspect all Goods at time of delivery, and notify us within 28 days of delivery in the event of any shortage of Goods, or of damage to the Goods.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the delivery of your item. In most cases we can dispatch immediately from available stock in our workshop. Sometimes we'll have to make your order on demand.

Tax & Import Duties
If your billing address is within the European Union, your order will be liable for the VAT at your national rate, which is calculated during checkout (retail list price will not include the VAT and will appear in your local currency). If your billing address is outside the EU, no sales tax will be added to your order. They will not be refundable by the company in the event of Goods being cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

If the delivered Goods are deemed unsuitable, please notify us within 28 days of delivery. We will replace them or provide a full refund, and the Customer shall accept liability for the cost of return. Barring faulty goods, we do not refund return costs if you have an issue with the finish, metal fittings used, colour (where the colour may not be accurate to the colour represented on your screen). Refunds are processed against the original payment method and will appear in your account within 5 - 10 business days.
If Goods are damaged or faulty, please notify us within 28 days of delivery. We will repair or replace them without charge, or provide a full refund, and we shall accept liability for the cost of return where such costs do not exceed reasonable expectations.
We do not accept liability for the postage of international orders returned to us because of sizing issues or if the customer deems the product unsuitable.
Requests for items that are made bespoke normally require a £20 fee in addition to our normal list price but this may vary depending on the circumstances. For example, if we need to interrupt our normal production workflows, you may be charged the full bespoke fee. If your item can be added without much additional time/effort, we may request less for the bespoke fee and/or waive the bespoke fee altogether (eg. swapping out brass fittings for silver fittings is usually fine at no additional charge). Any questions, please don't hesitate to ring us directly on 020 7018 0175 and/or send us an email: email@example.com.
We are confident in the quality of our product and can provide a lifetime guarantee on our stitching only. We are unable to provide a guarantee on the condition of the leather because leather is a natural product and subject to exposure to elements, handling and treatment that are outside our control (for example, if you allow your dog to swim repeatedly wearing a leather collar, the leather will deteriorate; likewise if you don't maintain the leather regularly with a restorative; or your dog races through brush and plays with other dogs that may scratch or damage the leather). With regular care and treatment, leather will last a long time - but it's also subject to fair wear and tear. We're happy to consider and look at what it possible if your item needs to be repaired but try to keep this within a reasonable timeframe, eg two years (the product will last a long time of course but much of this will depend on your regular care and treatment of the leather and the conditions to which the leather is subjected).

What information do we collect from our merchants’ customers and why?
We collect our merchants’ customers’ name, email, shipping and billing address, payment details, company name, phone number, IP address, information about orders you initiate, information about the Shopify-supported merchant stores that you visit, and information about the device and browser you use.
- We use this information to provide our merchants with the Services, including supporting and processing orders, risk and fraud screening, authentication, and payments. We also use this information to improve our Services.
- If you opt into Shopify Pay, we store and use this information to pre-fill your checkout information. We additionally use this information to help customize and improve your experience when you visit a merchant store by presenting to you goods and service that are more likely to be of interest to you.
We use some of the personal information you provide us to conduct some level of automated decision-making -- for example, we use certain personal information (for example, ip addresses or payment information) to automatically block certain potentially fraudulent transactions for a short period of time.
When do we collect this information?
We collect this information when you use or access a store that uses our Services, such as when you visit a merchant’s site, place an order or sign up for an account on a merchant’s site.
We also collect this information when you opt into Shopify Pay, or use Shopify Pay to pre-fill your checkout information.
Additionally, we partner with third parties who provide us information about our merchants’ customers, for example to help us screen out merchants associated with fraud.
When and why do we share this information with third parties?
Shopify works with a variety of third parties and service providers to help provide our merchants with the Services and we may share personal information with them to support these efforts.
We may also share your information in the following circumstances:
- to prevent, investigate, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service or any other agreement related to the Services, or as otherwise required by law.
- If the merchant whose store you visit or access directs us to transfer this information (for example, if they enable a third party app that accesses customer personal information).
- to conform to legal requirements, or to respond to lawful court orders, subpoenas, warrants, or other requests by public authorities (including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements).
Personal information may also be shared with a company that acquires our business or the business of a merchant whose store you visit or access, whether through merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or other similar transaction or proceeding.
Shopify is responsible for all onward transfers of personal information to third parties in accordance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
